The Schools Education Day held annually in May at Driffield Showground is specifically aimed at upper Key Stage 2 children (aged 9 to 11 years) at primary schools based in the East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull.

More than 70 bases illustrate different aspects of farming, food production and the countryside throughout the day. Working machinery is on hand in the main ring with livestock completing the experience for both learner and teacher.
